Regardless of who wins, thirty days to go and this election will be over. The Republicans and Democrats are spinning everything. A truth expressed is not the whole truth.
The National Journal has a provocative piece about parasite baby boomers who have left the next generation with less than what the baby boomers had when they started.
I am not convinced that it is true ( many people see the glass as half empty all the time) but I will say that the baby boomers are just beginning to hit their stride. I count myself as one.
This is the moment. This is the time. We are just beginning the era of baby boomer politics regardless of who wins. This is a time for the competent among us to step forward for America and to take our government away from political families, professional political mainstream parties, and exploiters.
You and I are at the beginning of new American Era. An era of self-reliance, an era that undoes Fredric March, undoes the application of people as cogs and wheels to Big Business and Big Government.
This is an era of ‘We, the Educated and Knowledgeable People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
It is time to stop looking at the trees in the forest of American troubles and begin to establish better Justice, more domestic tranquility, a sensible common defense, a new compact for promoting the general welfare, and to once again secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity.
I call upon all educated and knowledgeable Americans to restore to America what we once enjoyed and that has been eroded since 1960. Help to establish a better future tomorrow than the future we perceive today.
It was never about hope or change. It is always about opportunity. Let’s make America great again by increasing opportunities for all Americans.
